• Your reservation is confirmed on the day we receive your signed contract.
• A deposit of 25% (1st cheque) is required with the return of the contract.
• The balance (2nd cheque) will be cashed on the first day of your stay.
• A security deposit (200 $) is also payable with the return of the contract.
• Pets are NOT permitted.

CANCELLATION :

If cancellation notice is received 90 days before 1^st day of stay, the total amount put down will be reimbursed.

If cancellation notice is received between 60 and 90 days before 1^st day of stay, only the balance of the rental cost (not the deposit) will be reimbursed.

If cancellation notice is received within 60 days before 1^st day of stay, there will be no reimbursement.

The security deposit is always totally reimbursed in case of cancellation.
